The Refinery Care Packages
are hitting the streets in 2025.
Want to help us get some necessities into the hands of those who need them? Are you interested in having a way to impact someone's circumstance while you go about your day?
You can find our Compassion Care Packages in the foyer. Our Care Packages will be available starting February 2025. Included in the bags will be items like:
hygiene helpers, water, healthy snacks, socks, gloves, hats, blankets, etc. The Care Packages might vary one from another, but each one will always include a list of available community resources for them to connect
with as well as an invite to church and into a
relationship with Jesus Christ.
Click either link below to get involved.
Ministries like these only happen
because of people just like you!
Something so simple as a kind gesture of a warm meal combined with a dose of compassion can change a persons life.

The holidays are often not a time of warmth, family or love for some of those in our community. Please consider teaming with us this holiday season as we embrace our city face to face with the precious love of Jesus Christ! Our Holiday Outreach Pancake Breakfast is open to anyone in need. Everyone is welcome!

How can you contribute? Come help us prepare the table for those who will be blessed by a warm breakfast, prayer and great fellowship. Sign up to volunteer on our "Get Involved" link below. Donations are always welcome and appreciated to make sure every need that comes through our door is met. Desired donations to make our event successful are listed when you click donation link below.

This years Compassion Pancake Breakfast will be
SATURDAY JANUARY 25TH 2025.
Everyone in need is welcome to join us!
FOR OUR TROOPS
Join us each year as we send our handwritten cards of encouragement and heartfelt gratitude to our troops over seas. May we each take some time out of the year as we come to the end of 2020 in safe keepings and freedom and recognize those who fight for our freedom, recognize those who leave their families to protect our land day in and day out. They leave behind their own loved ones for each of us, may we just step back and send our appreciation in each of our own words. As hard as it is to find words to express the depths of our gratitude. Along with cards, we encourage items for care packages to bless those who selflessly bless our families and country day after day.
Cards will be accepted October 1st
through November 28th each year.

Care packages of non-perishable items
may also be sent with your Christmas Cards.

Sounds fun and sweet right? The real question is how will this make a difference. Well, let me share: Join us for an afternoon of sweets, fellowship and warm beverages and all with a cause.

HOW IT WORKS:
Women of all generations are encouraged to join us with a suggested minimum of a dozen cookies of their choice. Bring your family favorite or holiday tradition.
Every donation brought to the exchange will be sweet for all!
-
One half (of your cookie donation) of all homemade carry-ins will be given to the women who attend and
-
the other half (of each ladies donation) will be packaged with love by the attendees for our local nursing homes.

Our mission is to let them know we care about them this holiday season. Many nursing home residents have no visitors all holiday season if not for the whole year. Come bring as many women as you can so we can bless as many residents as we can! You won't want to miss out ! Mark your calendars now! Those interested in personally delivering our sweet cookies to local nursing homes should plan to stay past 12:30. We will start delivering after our cookie exchange for those interested.

2025 years Sweet Cookie Exchange details will be posted at a later date.
Everyone is welcome to join us!
